1. General

Reliance Brands Limited, having its registered office at 5th Floor, Court House, Lokmanya Tilak Marg, Dhobi Talao, Mumbai – 400002, India ("Reliance", "we", "us" or "our") is managing and operating the mobile application/website www.superdry.in (collectively referred to as the "Superdry Website"), through which it inter alia facilitates the sale and purchase of apparel, footwear, bags, wallets, accessories and other products ("Products") to the users of the Superdry Website ("User", "Users", "you" or "your").

1.2 This Delivery and Shipping Policy ("Policy"), together with the Terms (accessible here), sets out our policies and procedures towards delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Superdry Website.

1.3 We provide shipping and delivery of our Products all over India. We aim to provide the best customer experience by partnering with leading logistics service providers to handle your order in the best possible way and ensure a hassle-free delivery experience. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Products are delivered to you in a timely manner.

1.4 By agreeing to use the Superdry Website and/or purchasing a Product on the Superdry Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy each time you visit the Superdry Website. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access or transact on the Superdry Website.

2. Terms of Shipping and Delivery

2.1 We partner with third-party logistics service providers in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to you ("Logistic Partners"). We shall provide the details of the Logistic Partner responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of any Product(s) purchased by you on the Superdry Website at the time such Product is processed and successfully handed over to the Logistic Partner by us.

Our standard dispatch timelines range from 7–10 (seven to ten) days from the date of placing the order on the Superdry Website. In any case, the User will be provided with an estimated timeline for delivery of the purchased Product. This estimated timeline shall be displayed on the order confirmation page at the time the order is confirmed by us.

We will also share order dispatch details on the email ID and/or mobile number provided by you. You agree and understand that although we facilitate Product delivery through our Logistic Partners, we reserve the right to ship and deliver Products ourselves without engaging any Logistic Partner or third-party service provider.

2.2 You agree and understand that although we endeavour to ship and deliver our Products across India, we may determine certain locations to be unserviceable for deliveries. We or our Logistic Partners may not provide shipping and delivery services in such areas and may therefore not process your orders on the Superdry Website.

If an area has been deemed unserviceable, we shall notify you during checkout. You may also verify serviceability by entering your PIN code on the Superdry Website.

2.3 To facilitate timely delivery, we may collect information such as your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks and contact details.

You shall ensure that all information submitted by you on the Superdry Website is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the delivery location. You understand that you shall bear sole responsibility for any failure in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. We shall not be liable for any such failure.

2.4 We will attempt to deliver the purchased Product to your designated address within the estimated delivery timeline communicated to you.

If you are unavailable to receive the Product, our Logistic Partners will make a maximum of three (3) delivery attempts. If the third attempt is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process the return of the Product to us. We further reserve the right to deduct shipping and delivery charges incurred by us while processing any refund arising from such cancellation.

2.5 While we make reasonable efforts to deliver Products within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

(a) Logistical issues beyond our control;
(b) Unsuitable weather conditions;
(c) Political disruptions, strikes or employee lockouts;
(d) Acts of God such as floods or earthquakes;
(e) Other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we shall make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email address and/or mobile number. We disclaim all liability arising from failure to notify you of such delays and shall not be liable to compensate you for any claims arising due to delayed shipment or delivery or use of the purchased Products.

2.6 We endeavour to engage Logistic Partners, employees and agents who maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism and courtesy.

However, you acknowledge that the conduct of delivery personnel is beyond our control. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of delivery personnel or Logistic Partners, including delays, incorrect deliveries, package tampering or deficiencies in service.

Any disputes between you and delivery personnel shall be resolved directly between the concerned parties. You agree not to hold us responsible for mediating or resolving such disputes.

2.7 Once you place an order on the Superdry Website, we process the order and hand over the Product to our Logistic Partner.

You will receive a unique tracking number once the Product has been handed over, enabling you to track the shipment through the Superdry Website or the Logistic Partner's website or mobile application.

While our customer service team coordinates with Logistic Partners to ensure timely deliveries, we do not guarantee the accuracy of tracking information, which may be subject to delays or technical issues beyond our control.

2.8 We reserve the right to charge shipping fees from time to time. Shipping charges may vary depending on order value, product type, delivery location and payment method.

You agree that we are authorised to collect shipping and delivery charges on behalf of the Logistic Partner.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable in the event of a return. However, we may refund shipping charges if a defective, damaged, deficient or incorrect Product has been delivered and the claim is accepted by us after verification.

You acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all Products ordered by you shall pass to you upon delivery.

2.9 Returns of purchased Products are facilitated through our reverse logistics partners. Upon receipt of a request for return of a Product on the Superdry Website, and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse logistics partner shall coordinate with you to collect the purchased Product.

Returns and exchanges shall be processed in accordance with our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
